A concentrated formula designed to gradually brighten hyper pigmentation and protect from further UV damage.
Contains a blend of active components known to enhance a brightening effect:
- Vitamin B3 Niacinamide – known for its support of the skin's barrier function and beneficial for mature, sun damaged skin.
- Salt of Azelaic Acid – which has a brightening effect on younger, oily or combination skin.
- A molecule composed of an easily absorbed, oil soluble Undecylenic acid derivative with the water soluble amino-acid Phenylalanine have also shown a gradual brightening effect on the skin.
- Actives components from herbal origin such as Garden Cress (Lepidium) and Turmeric root that were originally designed for other care purposes – but have demonstrated an unexpected overall clarifying effect on the skin.
- Effective Antioxidants are of paramount importance for protection against future undesired pigmentation, since oxidative damage is often expressed in dark spots on the skin. Vitamin E and the oil soluble ester of Vitamin C both have been added to combat free radical damage.
- Hydrating Polysaccharides sooth and support the skins moisture balance alleviating stress that may lead to melanin formation.
